• Sourcing of wedding day essentials such as ceremony items, and wedding day paper goods like signage, escort cards, table numbers, programs, and menus**

• Custom “wedding bible” that includes master wedding day timeline, vendor and wedding party contact information, ceremony processional and recessional, floor plans, items to keep track of, and everything in between

• Utilization of existing timeline and plans from venue coordinator, catering manager, DJ/band, etc if applicable

• Includes handoff to day-of contact or coordinator

• Email correspondence as needed for duration of package

Package spans length of engagement and ends with handoff to day-of contact or coordinator no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
